1. The customer has a need to fill. It could be a specific space, specific function, specific style, or all the above.

2. NorthStone works with you to shape the design using 3D modeling, making sure the style, features, and dimensions match exactly what you want.

3. After the design, drawings, and timeline are approved, the first payment is made.

4. White glove delivery and installation.

Choosing the type of wood is often an exciting part of the process. Each species has its own character, grain structure, and durability. We can help you understand how each option affects the look and feel of the final piece.
